For what ever reason you are unhappy with your order, your will have 14 days to receive a full refund or an exchange. Please email prettylinendesigns@gmail.com with your full name and order number.

Please note that postage is non-refundable, and Pretty linen do not take responsibility for the item until it has reached us, we advise recorded delivery postage and will require a tacking number once sent.

Pretty Linen will provide a full refund within 14 days, providing the item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you, and any original packaging.

Any bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable or exchangable.
